Burscough Pioneers Badminton Club

Burscough Pioneers Badminton Club was formed in 2011 from the amalgamation of Burscough Badminton Club and Pioneers Badminton Club.

Currently the club runs 4 teams spread across the divisions of the Southport & District Badminton League with home match nights played on a Wednesday at Burscough Sports Centre, start time 7 pm.  Our 4th team was reinstated back into the League in 2017 thanks to some members of the Wednesday morning U3A badminton group wishing to play competitively.  Their numbers now are also supplemented by youngsters from a Liverpool junior club.

During the competitive season club nights are held on a Monday at Burscough Sports Centre from 7.40 pm to 9.40 pm.  For the rest of the year club nights are held on a Wednesday at Burscough Sports Centre from 7.40 pm to 10.20 pm.  Visitors are always very welcome at either club night.
